The Tatuaje Cohetes started as a shop exclusive cigar back in 2006. Back then they only made 50 boxes of these rare cigars. Today Tatuaje released a trio of new Tatuaje Cohetes featuring three different wrapper leafs. Pete Johnson already announced that after this release the cigars won't be made again for at least another 3 years.
The original release was the Tatuaje Cohetes Habano. That original blend, with its Ecuadorian Habano wrapper leaf, is returning in 2022. Tatuaje also added a Cohetes Broadleaf that features a flavorful Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper. The third addition is the Sumatra that sports an aromatic Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper leaf.
I don't think any production numbers were released, but I do know we were only able to get our hands on a small amount of cigars, so I assume they're fairly limited.
