2013 Coronado by La Flor

Coronado by La Flor was introduced back in the summer of 2006. It didn't take long for the amazing blend to become a favorite of aficionados. In fact, the Double Corona size was named Cigar Aficionado's No. 2 cigar of the year in 2006! There was just one problem with Coronado; it didn't really say "La Flor Dominicana" on either the cigar bands or the boxes they came in.
In 2013 Litto Gomez decided to pull Coronado by La Flor from the market and two years later it was reintroduced as La Flor Dominicana Coronado. Same blend, same sizes only the boxes and bands were changed. After learning the Coronado by La Flor would be discontinued we made sure to bring in as many boxes as we could fit in the store so we could take care of our regular Coronado customers.
Now that the La Flor Dominicana Coronado is available again we have decided to release the last of our original Coronado by La Flor. All five sizes you see here are from the last shipment we received late in 2013.
The filler blend is made from Sumatra-seed Dominican tobaccos. The binder is Dominican Corojo and the gorgeous wrapper leaf is Nicaraguan Habano Sun Grown from the Jalapa region.
