The popular La Flor Dominicana 2000 Series cigars are back! Same great blend of Dominican tobaccos with a spicy Cameroon wrapper leaf. La Flor Dominicana also added a few new sizes to this impressive line of cigars.
La Flor Dominicana is known for it's bold blends and impeccable craftsmanship. The new La Flor Dominicana Salomon Unico, rolled by one single artisan at Tabacalera La Flor, showcases the incredible skills the master rollers for La Flor possess. There are approximately 100 different designs for these cigars, a standard LFD Salomon blend with varying wrapper leaf and accents. No two boxes will be the same. La Flor Dominicana plans on only making 4,000 of these special 10-count boxes.
The La Flor Dominicana Reserva Especial line is back! When Litto Gomez first blended this line back in 1997 he set out to make a "Connecticut the La Flor way." And that he did with a filler/binder blend of Dominican tobaccos and a silky Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper leaf. It delivers a medium bodied smoke with an outstanding range of flavors.
The Reserva Especial line has been near and dear to us. Back in the mid-1990's when Litto was developing the blend he showed us the unique-shaped El Jocko he was planning on releasing. Our friend and former employee, Jocko Headblade, set out to convince Litto he needed to call this funny looking cigar the El Jocko. After much pleading Litto acquiesced and the rest is history. The La Flor Dominicana El Jocko was the best selling cigar for La Flor for years till they came out with their popular LFD DL-700 Maduro.
Same great blend that made their 6 1/2 x 50 La Flor Dominicana La Nox so popular, only now in a 5 x 40 Petite Corona size. The filler is made with Dominican tobaccos from La Flor's farm in La Canela. The binder is Mexican San Andres covered by a dark Brazilian Cubra Maduro wrapper leaf.
