The Fratello Oro marks a couple firsts for Fratello. To start, it's their first cigar made with a gorgeous Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper leaf. It's also the first Fratello cigar to be made in the Dominican Republic. Fratello chose the oldest cigar factory in the Dominican Republic, La Aurora, to make these special Fratello Oro cigars.
The blend consists of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobaccos for the filler. The binder is a flavorful Cameroon finished with a golden Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper.
Truly outstanding cigars from one of the most passionate individuals we know in the cigar industry. Omar de Frias, owner of Fratello Cigars, was introduced to cigars 20 years ago while growing up in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. In 2013 he released his first line of cigars. Made in Nicaragua, Fratello cigars feature a blend of Nicaraguan and Peruvian tobaccos paired with an Ecuadorian Sumatra binder and finished with a gorgeous Nicaraguan Habano wrapper.
