La Gloria Cubana Artesanos de Miami
Forty years ago, Ernest Perez-Carillo established the El Credito Cigar Factory in Miami. It was there in the Little Havana community of Miami where the first La Gloria Cubana ciagars were made.
Miami-made La Gloria Cubana's were some of the most desirable cigars of the boom years. Well Miami-made La Gloria's are back, in limited quantites. The La Gloria Cubana Artesanos de Miami has a totally new blend to celebrate the cigar's Cuban roots. It will be rolled by ten Cuban expatriate rollers personally selected by Ernesto. The cigars will be made in the El Credito Factory, the oldest tabacalera in the United States. La Gloria Cubana Artesanos de Miami, rolled by only the 10 master rollers, will be produced in five sizes never before offered in any of the La Gloria Cubana brands. No news on the blend or the release date so keep checking the site for more news.

Padron 1926 No. 9 Natural
"This pressed beauty is rolled in the recently expanded Padron factory in Esteli, Nicaragua, under the watchful eye of Jose Orlando Padron, his son Jorge and the rest of the family members who ensure that the 5 million or so cigars they produce each year are of impeccable quality. This is perhaps the finest of the line, just blossoming with flavor right from the furst puff. It's a complex soke with perfect balance, showing flavors of chocolate, coffee and nuts, as well as some black cherry. The cigar has a finish so long it seems to never leave the palate. The 97 points it was awarded is the hightst score we have given a recent-production cigar in many years."
