I just received some great news from Davidoff.  They're getting ready to launch Matt Booth's new Room 101 LTD line.  This year's Room 101 LTD is called One Shot One Kill.  There's three stunning perfectos in the line. The blend is made from Honduran Corojo and Dominican Piloto tobaccos for the filler. The binder is Honduran Corojo Seco while the wrapper leaf is Ecuadorian Habano. Very complex. Very rich. Very good cigars.

 

This year's Zino Embassy Selection consists of a blend of exquisite Ligero tobaccos. They used the famed Seleccion 702 Ecuadorian Sun Grown for the wrapper. These are full bodied cigars with a nice complexity of flavor.

 

 

The cigars measure 5 x 52 and are available in boxes of ten.  Single cigars are $10.55 and the box is $92.50.

 

The Limited Edition Davidoff for 2011 features a blend of five year aged San Vicente and Piloto tobaccos from the Dominican Republic. The binder is Peruvian Corojo while the wrapper is Dominican Criollo.

Here is a truly rare treat for our customers.  We have a small shipment of the legendary Davidoff Colorado Claro on the way.  We have singles and boxes of ten available for Pre-Order now, all four sizes are available.

 

 

What makes these cigars so special is the rosado-hued Ecuadorian wrapper.  With Davidoff's commitment to using only the best, pristine wrapper leaf and the fact that this special tobacco has such a low yield only very small batches of the Colorado Claro are produced.

 

We have the new Davidoff Puro d'Oro Momentos in stock.  These are great, quick smokes when you don't have the time to indulge in a full sized Puro d'Oro.  The cigars measure 4 x 31 and come in tins of five.  You can pick up single cigars for $6.85 and a tin of five for $33.

 

We now have Davidoff Primeros Maduro in stock.  These are the Maduro version of the classic Davidoff Primeros.  The cigars measure 4 1/8 x 34 and are available in tins of six for $29.

 

Davidoff is adding a new line to their premium Zino Platinum line.  The new Zino Platinum Z-Class features a beautiful rosado-hued Dominican wrapper leaf that delivers a nice punch. The filler is a blend of Nicaraguan, Honduran and Dominican tobaccos while the binder is Peruvian.  Four sizes are available:

The new AVO Limited Edition 85th Anniversary cigars should be in stores by March 24th.  We're taking Pre-Orders for them now.  The AVO 85th Anniversary is a 6 3/4 x 50 diadema.  These will have the smallest production numbers of any limited edition AVO with only 8,000 boxes released worldwide.  The filler is made from Dominican Piloto Seco, Piloto Ligero and San Vicente tobaccos.  The binder is a very special Pelo de Oro from Peru.  The silky wrapper is a stunning Dominican.

 

We have singles and boxes of ten available for Pre-Order.  Single cigars are $17.75 and boxes are $157.50.  While supplies last we are giving you a free AVO golf shirt with each box you purchase.  The shirts are available in: Large, Extra Large and XX Large.  You can order the box with you corresponding shirt size on our website. 

 

We just received word from Davidoff that they are no longer going to make AVO 787 cigars.  There are plans to reblend and release a different AVO 787 in the future but it sounds like there isn't anything expected any time soon.  I'll make sure to post something if I get any new news from Davidoff.

 

For now we're down to our last couple boxes of AVO 787.  We still have three sizes available: Piramide, Churchill and Perfecto.  If you're a fan of the blend make sure to pick some up while they're still available.

The newly redesigned Zino Acrylic humidors are now here! These elegent humidors are made in France. You can get between 40 and 60 cigars in the humidor. Each one comes with two Zino humidifiers. Last year's Zino Platinum Emperor cigars were absolutely outstanding. We've been waiting to see what Davidoff would do for their 2010 edition. The wait is over, we have the new 2010 Zino Platinum Emperors here. The blend is exquisite, it features a silky Ecuadorian wrapper with Dominican and Nicaraguan filler. Only 1,000 boxes of 8 were made.

I just added some aged Davidoff Special R 5-Packs to "The Jack Schwartz Vault" on our website.  We didn't date the boxes when we set them aside but we are pretty sure they're from somewhere between 1998 and 2002.

This years AVO Limited Edition cigar is big and bold. The AVO LE10 measures 5 1/2 x 55 and is available in boxes of ten. The blend is absolutely extraordinary. The filler is made up of San Vicente Ligero, Piloto Ligero, Olancho Ligero and Crillo Ligero. The binder is Mexican Sumatra and the beautiful wrapper is an Ecuadorian Special Sun Grown.

 

An amazing grouping of diverse tobaccos gives the new Zino Master Edition 2010 complex, multi-dimensional flavors. The filler is blended with Dominican San Vicente Ligero, Peruvian Seco, Jalapa Especial Ligero from Nicaragua and Honduran Jamastran Seco. The binder is Connecticut Broadleaf and the wrapper is Ecuadorian Criollo.

 

 

We are very honored to introduce our customers to the new Davidoff Puro Belicoso. The cigars measure 5 3/4 x 48 and come in boxes of ten. The filler and binder are a blend of Dominican Criollo, Piloto, San Vicente, and Olor tobaccos. The wrapper is a Dominican Yamasa. 

 

 

 

Davidoff added a new size to their Maduro line, a 4 1/2 x 46 Corona.  The Davidoff Maduro has a Dominican filler/binder blend well complimented by the Nicaraguan sun-grown maduro wrapper.  The Robusto size was the first Maduro-wrapped cigar Davidoff created.  This new Corona size really brings out the flavor from the beautiful Nicaraguan Maduro.

 

 

It's not very often where you get a second chance at an AVO limited edition cigar, especially now two years after their original release.  Well we have good news for you.  A small shipment of limited edition AVO L.E. 07 cigars arrived.

 

Only 4,000 boxes were released in the U.S. The original release was back in April of 2007. These cigars have a Dominican filler/binder blend with an Ecuadorian Sun Grown wrapper.

The new Davidoff 2009 Limited Edition cigars are here.  The name, Seleccion 702, comes from the special Ecuadorian Sun Grown wrapper leaf Henrik Kelner created for the cigar.

 

 

This year's Limited Edition AVO is a 6 x 50 Toro featuring an Ecuadorian wrapper.  The binder is San Vicente and the filler features five different types of tobacco:

Criollo, San Vicente Ligero, Olor, Piloto, and Peru Seco. 

All are specially fermented.  The AVO Companero promises to be a complex, medium-to-full bodied cigar.

Single cigars are going for $16 and the box of 10 is $160.

Here is a first for Davidoff.  This September Davidoff will release their very first Maduro cigar.  Only one size available right now.  The Davidoff Robusto Maduro measures 5 x 52.  The filler/binder is a blend of Dominican tobacco.  The wrapper is what really makes these cigars so memorable, a Nicaraguan sun-grown Maduro.

Davidoff has added a new cigar to their Special line...three cigars, actually.  The Davidoff Special "C" is a culebra, with three panatelas wound together.  Each cigar measures 5 3/4 x 39.  A single coffined Special "C" goes for $48.00 while a box of eight culebras is $384.00

 

Davidoff pays homage to the world's best know cigar smoker, Winston Churchill. Davidoff created four sizes, each named for a significant place and chapter which affected and formed Mr. Churchill's remarkable life. Davidoff blended the Winston Churchill to be a rich, full-bodied smoke. The binder is a Dominican Yamasa, while 5 tobaccos make up the filler. The dark, Ecuadorian Sun Grown wrapper provides the perfect amount of strength and complexity a connoisseur looks for.

With five filler tobaccos, some aged for as long as 12 years, Davidoff's 2008 Limited Edition Reserva 12 produces an exceptionally well balanced, harmonious blend. The Davidoff Reserva 12 is strong and complex due to the Ecuadorian sun-ripened wrapper leaf.  They come in boxes of 10 with single cigars going for $18.75 and boxes for $185.  The 2008 Limited Edition Davidoff Reserva 12 measures 5 1/2 x 52.  These should be available mid-to-late June.

Davidoff's 2007 Limited Edition release is an aromatic, full bodied, all Dominican robusto.  That's right, a Dominican puro from Davidoff.  They worked for years to grow a flavorful, pristine Dominican wrapper leaf.  Once they could grow the right tobacco they harvested and stored the wrapper leaf for 3 years, allowing for full maturation of the Dominican tobacco.  Davidoff's limited edition cigars always go fast.  We're expecting a shipment around mid-August.

We're proud to announce the addition of a new Toro size format to Davidoff's popular line of Millennium blend cigars.  The new Davidoff Millennium Toro measures 6 x 50 and sells for $18.00/cigar and $180 for a box of 10. 

According to Davidoff our last shipment of Davidoff 100th Anniversary Robusto was the last they had in the warehouse.  We have about 30 boxes left on the shelves right now. 

We also believe the 100th Anniversary Diadimas Finas are starting to run low.  We'll post more information once we know more.
