The new AVO Limited Edition 85th Anniversary cigars should be in stores by March 24th.  We're taking Pre-Orders for them now.  The AVO 85th Anniversary is a 6 3/4 x 50 diadema.  These will have the smallest production numbers of any limited edition AVO with only 8,000 boxes released worldwide.  The filler is made from Dominican Piloto Seco, Piloto Ligero and San Vicente tobaccos.  The binder is a very special Pelo de Oro from Peru.  The silky wrapper is a stunning Dominican.

 

We have singles and boxes of ten available for Pre-Order.  Single cigars are $17.75 and boxes are $157.50.  While supplies last we are giving you a free AVO golf shirt with each box you purchase.  The shirts are available in: Large, Extra Large and XX Large.  You can order the box with you corresponding shirt size on our website. 

 

We just received word from Davidoff that they are no longer going to make AVO 787 cigars.  There are plans to reblend and release a different AVO 787 in the future but it sounds like there isn't anything expected any time soon.  I'll make sure to post something if I get any new news from Davidoff.

 

For now we're down to our last couple boxes of AVO 787.  We still have three sizes available: Piramide, Churchill and Perfecto.  If you're a fan of the blend make sure to pick some up while they're still available.

This years AVO Limited Edition cigar is big and bold. The AVO LE10 measures 5 1/2 x 55 and is available in boxes of ten. The blend is absolutely extraordinary. The filler is made up of San Vicente Ligero, Piloto Ligero, Olancho Ligero and Crillo Ligero. The binder is Mexican Sumatra and the beautiful wrapper is an Ecuadorian Special Sun Grown.

 

It's not very often where you get a second chance at an AVO limited edition cigar, especially now two years after their original release.  Well we have good news for you.  A small shipment of limited edition AVO L.E. 07 cigars arrived.

 

Only 4,000 boxes were released in the U.S. The original release was back in April of 2007. These cigars have a Dominican filler/binder blend with an Ecuadorian Sun Grown wrapper.

 

This year's Limited Edition AVO is a 6 x 50 Toro featuring an Ecuadorian wrapper.  The binder is San Vicente and the filler features five different types of tobacco:

Criollo, San Vicente Ligero, Olor, Piloto, and Peru Seco. 

All are specially fermented.  The AVO Companero promises to be a complex, medium-to-full bodied cigar.

Single cigars are going for $16 and the box of 10 is $160. 

 

 

AVO has re-released their AVO XO Series Presto.  When time is of the essence the new AVO XO Presto is there for you.  The 3 3/4 x 43 size allows you to indulge in the pleasures of a fine cigar without making too much of a time commitment.  The new AVO XO Presto are here.  Singles are going for $5.65 and a box of 25 is $135.00.

A new line of cigars from Avo Uvezian.  The AVO 787 is a unique blend of Piloto Ligero, Seco, and Olor with a specially fermented Piloto tobacco for filler.  The binder is San Vincente, and it is wrapped in a beautiful Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed leaf.

The cigars is superbly balanced (blended by Davidoff's Master Blender, Hendrik Kelner), aromatic and medium bodied with a combination of coffee and dark chocolate flavors combinded with hints of dried nuts that draw out the cigar's spice and sweetness.

AVO's 787 is available in three sizes each come 22 to a box.
